Welcome to my academic website!

I am an Assistant Professor at the School of Economic Sciences and Paul G. Allen School for Global Health at Washington State University.

I am a development economist working on topics in health and nutrition in the developing world with a behavioral and gender lens. I investigate what causes poor health or undernutrition, what works to improve these conditions, and their behavioral and psychological consequences. To answer these questions, I use field and lab-in-the-field experiments and econometric methods. I have on-going or previous research in Kenya, India, Nigeria, Niger, Madagascar, Ethiopia, and the Dominican Republic.
